Chicken
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. butter
- Salt and white pepper
Cream and Wine Sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Madeira wine
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Here are the instructions to do Chicken Breasts with Cream
- Step 01: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Step 02: Flatten each chicken breast and cut them in half. Season with lemon juice, salt, and white pepper.
- Step 03: Heat butter in a skillet and cook the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown. Transfer them to a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Step 04: In the same skillet, add chicken broth and Madeira wine. Simmer, and then add heavy cream and parsley. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Step 05: Season the sauce with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken breasts and serve immediately.
