  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp. whisky or white wine with lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil

  • Step 01: Prepare the livers by cleaning them of any filaments and washing them thoroughly before draining.
  • Step 02: In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Step 03: Season the flour with salt and pepper, then place it in a paper bag. Add the livers to the bag and shake vigorously to coat them with the seasoned flour.
